Graffiti
the Urban Turntable with Soul

Artist statement:
Graffiti transforms the classic Garrard D20 into a piece of urban functional art — where vintage engineering meets the raw energy of street expression. The original direct-drive mechanism has been carefully restored to preserve the warmth and stability of its authentic sound.

The exterior becomes a true artist’s canvas. The design is created through a mix of digital composition and hand-painted work by the artist Isidora (IV), who adds her own gestures in spray, line, and color. Every stroke is applied directly onto the surface, making this turntable not just customized, but personally crafted.

Graffiti celebrates contrast: the precision of industrial heritage combined with the spontaneity of street art. Each mark and texture becomes part of a visual rhythm that mirrors the music itself.

More than a playback device, Graffiti is a one-of-a-kind, hand-signed artwork — a turntable where the act of listening is inseparable from the act of seeing.
